years old the house had to be compeltely restored. This work resulted in
is an open-plan ground floor area that accomodates the kitchen and
dining table as well as a cosy sitting area in front of an open fire. An
extension with a back door at the rear of the cottage acts as a spacious
utility room with a washing machine. Plenty of traditional elements (
slate floor, exposed beams, Rayburn Cooker, natural stone walls, Belfast
Sink) create a warm cosy atmosphere. A glazed patio door opens to the
south-facing garden. There are amazing unspoilt views towards the sea
and the mountains of Kerry.
