REENCAHERAGH BEACH is a spacious country house near the small picturesque fishing village of PORTMAGEE. This property is located in an absolute quiet area with just a few houses and in walking distance (300m) to a small beach. The beach (gravel and sand) with shallow water and tidal pools is ideal for children. 
A small path along the shore leads to the village in about 20 minutes. There you will find two pubs, a restaurant, a shop and a cafe/bakery. In the morning PORTMAGEE is the starting point for small boats going out to the world famous SKELLIGS ISLANDS.

The house has been upgraded to the best energy rating and is very low on running costs. You can enjoy spectacular views towards the sound between the mainland and Valentia Island, the high cliffs behind the house and the Kerry mountains in the background.

 
The single-storey house is laid out in an unusual and interesting U-shape. It offers plenty of space for 6 guests in a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The main living area consisting of a generously sized kitchen, a dining area and sofas in front of a solid-fuel stove is open plan. The large windows and patio doors allow for plenty of light and extraordinary views.
There is an additional "sun room" with a patio door and a large untility room with washing machine and dryer.

The hall leads into three large bedrooms, one of them is en-suite with a walk-in shower and toilet. The main bathroom offers a separate bath, walk-in shower and toilet.
