NEIDIN is a traditional Cottage - restored and extended with huge effort and taste. The result is a comfortable airy and spacious house - still you have all the features of a traditional cottage with its wide exposed stone walls.
The former cottage was transformed into one large open-plan living and dining area with a loft serving as a bedroom. This already spacious concept was extended by adding another area with a glazed gable end and a separate lean-to which contains a second small bedroom, utility area and bathroom.
The chosen materials, the color schemes, the furniture, the garden lay-out and the stunning location overlooking the Atlantic all add to the unique atmosphere of this outstanding country cottage - probably one of the most stylish traditonal cottages in the area.

NEIDIN is located on VALENTIA ISLAND. The island is connected to the mainland by bridge. A small car ferry operates in the summer month between Knight Town on the island and Caherciveen on the mainland making trips to Caherceveen and the Ring Of Kerry shorter.


In an absolute quiet location on the northern side of the island you can enjoy magnificent views from the panoramic glazed gable over the rugged coastline towards the Atlantic and the famous Blasket Islands in the distance. A small road leads from the house to the cliffs and there is great walking in the area below your house.
