This new house is located on an elevated site with panoramic views towards Waterville Bay and the Kerry Mountains. Below a small road and surrounded by a large garden it offers privacy and plenty of space in one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Kerry. The next town is CAHERCIVEEN at the RING OF KERRY (15 minutes by car), the small picturesque fishing village of PORTMAGEE with pubs, shop and restaurants is about the same distance. You will have to drive about 10 minutes to reach the beautiful sandy beach at BALLINSKELLIGS.

GRAINNES is a well looked-after friendly house, tastefully furnished and decorated and with plenty of light from large windows facing south towards the sea. It offers plenty of space for 5-6 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
